  • You are the Data Controller (you decide what you collect and why)

  • Service Core acts as a Data Processor, handling that information only to provide, maintain, and support the Platform

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle both:

  • your customers’ information when it is processed by Service Core on your behalf.

This customer data belongs entirely to you.
Service Core does not own, control, or use your customer data except to provide the Platform.

6. AI Features & Data Protection

  • Your data is never used to train public or general AI models

  • AI tools only process data for the feature you are using

  • All AI subprocessors must meet strict privacy and security standards
