You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current account information.
- Keeping your login details secure.
- Ensuring all users linked to your account comply with these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, breach, or security concerns.
5. Subscription & Payments
- Subscription Fees: Service Core operates on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, and inclusions are outlined at sign-up. Fees are payable in advance.

6. Licence & Permitted Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for your business operations. You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or copy the Platform’s code.
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to unauthorised parties without written consent.
7. Integrations & Post-Job Automations
- Service Core offers integrations with various job management and third-party platforms.
- You are responsible for maintaining your accounts with integrated services.
- We are not liable for downtime, errors, or changes made by third-party platforms.
- We use our years of home service industry experience to configure post-job automation sequences tailored to your business. This includes scheduling follow-ups for warranty inspections, memberships, hot water servicing, switchboard checks, and other work based on what you sell—so you reach clients at the right time without lifting a finger.
- You are responsible for ensuring these automations comply with your operational, legal, and regulatory obligations.
8. Support & Service Levels
- Your monthly subscription includes ongoing support delivered via Phone and Email.
- During initial setup, you will receive onboarding and coaching calls. After this, support is provided exclusively through Phone and Email.
- You also have access to the Service Core Knowledge Base, which should be your first point of reference for help.
9. Data & Privacy
- Your data remains your property. You grant us permission to store, process, and transmit your data to provide the services.
- We handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You must maintain your own backups. We are not responsible for lost or corrupted data except as required by law.
- On termination, we may retain your data for up to 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
10. Phone Number Ownership
Any phone number provisioned to you as part of your Service Core setup will be registered in your name and is your property. If you decide to leave Service Core, you may port the number to another provider at no additional cost.
11. Intellectual Property
- All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, workflows, templates, and automations remain the exclusive property of Service Core.
- Except for your own data and phone numbers, you do not acquire any rights to our intellectual property.
- Sub-Account Ownership & Transfer:
Service Core retains full ownership of all sub-accounts and the intellectual property within them. Sub-accounts are not transferable to another Go High Level agency under any circumstances. You may request to export or transfer your own data — including your customer database, phone numbers, and communication history — however, the sub-account itself and all Service Core proprietary configurations, automations, workflows, and assets will remain the property of Service Core and will not be transferred.
12. Compliance Responsibility
13. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
14. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except those required by Australian law. We do not guarantee specific results or business outcomes.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, or data.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Service Core, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
17. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose or exploit any confidential information obtained from us, including proprietary workflows, templates, and automations.
18. Marketing & Testimonials
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
20. Termination
- You may cancel with written notice at least 14 days before the next billing date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, misuse, or non-payment.
- Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ends immediately.
- Sections relating to confidentiality, indemnity, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and compliance responsibility will survive termination.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified via email or on our website. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts in Queensland.
